Rice

Rice was a band featuring Olaf Alders and Andrew Vanhorn. It ran alongside Vile Richard as a separate project with a different style of music. These are the recordings Rice left behind — a couple of compilation appearances from 2000 and 2001.

Amalgamation Compilation (Rice)

March 2001. A solid indie compilation put out by Hot Tub Records and distributed by Sonic Unyon. Rice contributed the track “Trafalmadoria” to this project.

A Different Point of View (Rice)

August 2000. Rice covered “Crystal Lady” and “In the Mood for a Little Heartache” one evening in the summer of 1999 for a local singer/songwriter's recording project.
